Frequently Asked Questions
  • When do I get my decks?
  • Packages for 2021 are shipping April, July, October and January. Decks arrive therefore quarterly. Members who sign up in month 1 of a new quarter receive their decks in month 3. Members who sign up in month 2 will pay for both month 1 and 2 and receive their decks in month 3. Members who sign up in month 3 will pay nothing until the next billing cycle, and not receive decks from that quarter (but they will be available on the Inner Circle Store.
  • Can I cancel at anytime?
  • Yes of course! But please bear in mind that funds are invested in the production of decks, so refunds will be discretionary. If you cancel before receiving a package, we may offer a part-complete package to the paid up value or a refund depending on circumstances.
